鑄件能車動，磨床磨不動的原因：由于鑄件在加工切削時排屑物呈粉末狀，一般磨床磨削時都不采用冷卻液，防止鑄件的粉狀排屑嵌入砂輪，從而造成砂輪的切削顆粒不能正常磨削。

其次在選用砂輪型號時是否正確，通常磨床磨鑄件一般采用代號TH黑碳化硅砂輪，適合磨削鑄件及非金屬材料。

對于鑄件的特殊性操作者必須勤修砂輪，以保證砂輪正常磨削鑄件。

立軸圓臺平面磨床加工時應(yīng)該檢測一下振動，如果振動過大還會影響加工精度，主軸損傷嚴(yán)重。

振動大就會產(chǎn)生噪聲，這款磨床振動主軸跳動控制在1um以內(nèi)。這種磨床我們在新?lián)Q砂輪時用臺灣PY2700G動平衡儀，在線上調(diào)下動平衡。振動值在006-0.5um，后休整砂輪加工。

We use Taiwan py2700g dynamic balance instrument to adjust the dynamic balance online when we change the grinding wheel of this grinder. The vibration value is 006-0.5um, and then rest the grinding wheel for processing.
