In gear transmission, the dangerous places are the meshing part of the gear and the gap between the spokes of the gear. In order to avoid the danger of gear transmission, a protective cover must be installed, and all the gears must be covered and closed.

The dangerous part of chain drive is that the chain drive system exposed outside the base within 2m from the ground where the chain enters the sprocket shall be equipped with protective shield. If the chain transmission device is empty on the walkway or working ground, there must be protective baffle equipment under it.

No one is allowed to stand directly in front of the rotation of the grinding wheel when starting the machine, so as to prevent the grinding wheel from breaking and flying out or the workpiece from flying.

After the operation, the machine tool shall be cleaned, the power supply shall be cut off, the parts shall be placed orderly, and the operation site shall be kept clean.
